Welcome to Emerald Seas Your Florida Vacation Home. Everyone at Emerald Seas will make every effort to make this vacation as pleasent as possible for you. To maintain the quality of the resort, your participation is needed.
Housekeeping: All guests will receive fresh towels on Saturdays, Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Towels are to be used only in the apartments and not at the pool or beach. Linen is changed weekly. Please do not use face cloths to remove cosmetics.
Beach Towels: Please do not hang beach towels over the railings or pool fences to dry. There are public washers and dryers located in the middle of the south building - Oceanside. Washers are $1.00 and dryers are $1.00.
Garbage: Place your trash bags outside your apartment by 11:00 a.m. daily and our maintenance man will pick them up. Due to the climatic conditions in Florida - this is a must for insect control.
Dishes and Glassware: Do not remove dishes and glassware from the apartment. We request you use paper goods or plastic for the outside area.
Wear and Tear: Anything above normal wear and tear will be noted. You will be responsible for any damage or breakage.
Microwave: No metal objects or aluminum foil should be used in the microwave. Cookbooks are available at the office.
Parking: Our parking facilities cannot accommodate campers or boats nor do we have the facilities to accommodate large parties on our property. We have limited parking which can only accommodate one parking slot per apartment. We request your cooperation. Please display your parking permit on the car dashboard. All unauthorized vehicles will be towed.
Amenities: Our amenities offer two swimming pools (North pool is heated) along with a barbeque pit. Shuffleboard court and volly ball net (ball is available in the office).
There are many things to do and see in our beautiful south Florida so please feel free to browse through our rack of attractions in the office. If you wish to plan any side trips during your stay, please consult a member of our staff in the office. They can reserve daily cruises, trips to Disneyworld, dinner on an Island by way of the Jungle Queen and much more. In many cases the bus will pick you up and drop you off right at the Emerald Seas.
We like to keep our grass green and ask you not put the lounge chairs on the grass or take them to the beach as they are for poolside only.
Please refer to the Instruction on your telephone. Phone charges are to be paid on check-out. If you require a check-out before the office is open, just advise the person at the front desk the previous day and this can be arranged.
Place dirty dishes in the dishwasher on check-out and start macine.
Check-out is 10:00 a.m. - No Exceptions! We have to prepare the apartments for the new guests and this requires a timespan to complete the cleaning.
